The hearing device comprises a communication unit configured to receive wireless signals transmitted from a transmitting device, which hearing device comprises an output transducer adapted to generate signals that a hearing device user is able to perceive as sound, wherein the hearing device comprises a detection member configured to detect at least one activity state of the hearing device user.
