According to the present invention, a wheelchair comprises: a frame； a moving unit mounted to be moved in the frame； a variable seat unit erectly mounted on the frame to be variable in a state of tilting, and forming a seat wherein a body of a user is seated in a tilting state； and a walking auxiliary unit connected to the variable seat unit mounted for a user to perform training for walking on board as the variable seat unit is erected.본 발명에 따른 가변좌석유닛을 포함하는 휠체어는, 프레임, 상기 프레임에 이동 가능하도록 구비되는 이동유닛, 상기 프레임에 구비되어 기립된 상태에서 틸팅된 상태로 가변 가능하게 구비되고, 틸팅된 상태에서 사용자의 신체가 안착되는 좌석을 형성하는 가변좌석유닛 및 상기 가변좌석유닛에 연결되고, 상기 가변좌석유닛이 기립된 상태에서 사용자가 탑승하여 보행 훈련을 수행할 수 있도록 구비되는 보행보조유닛을 포함한다.
