The invention relates to topical formulations in a form of a scalp lotion, a shampoo, a face cream or a body cream for treating or preventing psoriasis, seborrhea, cradle cap and dandruff or any combination thereof. The topical formulation comprises at least two root extracts or one extract and an active ingredient, and a cosmetic acceptable carrier.
