Disclosed herein is a pharmaceutical concentrate for dilution comprising a S1P receptor modulator or agonist, propylene glycol and glycerin, wherein the S1P receptor modulator or agonist is selected from 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenylethyl)]propane-1,3-diol, 2-amino-2-[4-(benzyloxyphenylthio)-2- chlorophenyl]ethyl-1,3-propane-diol, or a corresponding phosphate thereof, and 1-{ 4-[1-(4-cyclohexyl-3-trifluoromethyl-benzyloxyimino)-ethyl]-2-ethyl-benzyl} -azetidine-3-carboxylic acid, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
