A clamping assembly (100) includes a body (102) having a base (104) and an arcuate body portion (106) secured to the base. The arcuate body portion defining at least one opening (130) dimensioned to receive a tubular member (200) having a lumen (202). The clamping assembly further includes a slide member (116) adapted to slide along the arcuate portion between an open position (Fig 2) and a closed position (Fig 8). The slide member is movable along the arcuate body portion to compress the tubular member received within the body against the base to obstruct the lumen of the tubular member when the slide member is in the closed position.
