PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container that can dissolve hydrogen in the internal liquefied cosmetic for a long term.SOLUTION: A hydrogen dissolving cosmetic container includes: a pump member that includes a suction tube 8 for sucking liquefied cosmetic from the hydrogen dissolving cosmetic container a hydrogen storage part 2, at least part of which being formed of a hydrogen permeable sheet, in which a hydrogen gas is encapsulated and the like.
