This invention relates to a lower leg treatment device comprising: - a water reservoir to hold a quantity of water and to receive a lower leg of a person； - a vibration frame to support the water reservoir； - a support frame to support the vibration frame from the ground, wherein vibration isolation elements are provided in between the support frame and the vibration frame； - an actuation system to vibrate the vibration frame； and - a cooling system arranged on the support frame and in fluid communication with the water reservoir to provide cooled water to the water reservoir.
