A disposable endoscope sheath comprises an insertion portion, a control portion, and an endoscope locking portion. The insertion portion comprises a sheath head (1) and a sheath tube (2). The control portion comprises a main body (5), a water incoming and outgoing valve (3), and an apparatus adjustment knob (4). The endoscope locking portion includes a telescopic endoscope bridge (6), a locking sleeve (7), and a protection casing. The sheath head (1) is located in a front part of the insertion potion, and a behind part is connected to the sheath tube (2). The sheath tube (2) is connected to the telescopic endoscope bridge (6) of the endoscope locking portion through the main body (5). The water incoming and outgoing valve (3) and the apparatus adjustment knob (4) are located on the main body (5) of the endoscope. The sheath tube (2) is a multichannel structure, and a scale mark is placed on a surface of the insertion portion.
