[PROBLEMS] To provide a composition which shows a high temporal stability with little denaturation of a protein having a molecular weight of from 75000 to 1000000 even after prolonged storage. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A composition containing the following components (1) and (2), wherein the content of the component (2) in the composition is from 0.75 to 10% by weight and the total amount of the component (1) is from 20 to 50 mol per mol of the component (2), is provided: (1) at least one member selected from an amino acid and a peptide and a protein having a molecular weight of from 75 to 68000 and (2) a protein having a molecular weight of from 75000 to 1000000.
