The present invention provides a plasma skin treating apparatus, capable of treating a large area. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the plasma skin treating apparatus comprises: a dielectric layer including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface； a first electrode disposed on the first surface and having voltage applied thereto； and a second electrode disposed on the first surface to be spaced apart from the first electrode, and grounded. According to the present invention, plasma is formed on the second surface of the dielectric layer by using nitrogen or oxygen in air without additional gas supply and dielectric polarization caused by a voltage difference between the first and second electrodes.
