The production process is simplified, and the watertightness and air permeability of the mat are improved, so that a user can have a deep sleep on the mat by means of the heating function of the same. The fatigue of the user can be relieved through a massaging function for massaging a particular region on the human body. If needed, massaging efficiency for a particular region on the human body can be improved.
