The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a modified release multiple unit oral dosage form comprising a plurality of modified release pellets of doxylamine or salt thereof and a modified release pellets of pyridoxine or a salt thereof； wherein the process comprises coating the pellets of doxylamine having the inner active coating layer and the intermediate enteric coating layer； and the pellets of pyridoxine having the inner active coating layer, wherein the coating step comprising simultaneous spraying of a mixture comprising the enteric and modified release coating agents and an adding pore-forming agents in powder form.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une forme posologique orale à unités multiples à libération modifiée comprenant une pluralité de pastilles à libération modifiée de doxylamine ou de sel de celle-ci et de pastilles à libération modifiée de pyridoxine ou d'un sel de celle-ci； le procédé consistant à enrober les pastilles de doxylamine présentant la couche d'enrobage active interne et la couche d'enrobage entérique intermédiaire, et les pastilles de pyridoxine présentant la couche d'enrobage active interne； l'étape d'enrobage consistant à pulvériser simultanément un mélange comprenant les agents d'enrobage entériques à libération modifiée et ajouter des agents de formation de pores sous forme de poudre.
