A system and method for targeted lipolysis on a portion of a human body is provided comprising a resilient, expandable, and flat wrap oriented around the targeted portion of a human body the wrap is configured to increase the external temperature of the targeted portion of the human body and the wrap further is configured to provide compression to the targeted portion of the human body by stretching a material that is included in a portion of the wrap.
