A fluid delivery device includes a housing having a fluid reservoir configuredto fluidly coupleto a user, a hydraulic pump chamber having a hydraulic fluid and coupled tothe fluidreservoir, and an actuator coupled to the fluid reservoir through thehydraulic pump chamberand configured to selectively urge a plurality of doses of fluid from thefluid reservoir and intothe user. The actuator must be moved by the user in at least two distinctoperations toactuate the actuator for each of the plurality of doses. The fluid deliverydevice may alsohave a bolus button coupled to the actuator and configured to urge apredetermined volumeof fluid from the fluid reservoir upon activation by the user, the bolusbutton configured toautomatically lock relative to the housing after activation.
