The composite part (1) comprises a sticky paste (3) composed of a mixture of an adhesive (31) with an oxide paste (32) comprising at least one metal oxide, the adhesive paste being at least partially incorporated in the textile base and extending from the underside of the textile base to form an interface layer (35) of thickness (e35) and at least one hydrophilic component (33).
