According to the present invention, a filtering film at a front part of a rake and a filtering film adjusting device of both sides thereof can be produced in an assembly type. In addition, a handle and a filtering film longitudinal moving device are connected by using a wire, and thus a user can more conveniently remove foreign substances. Moreover, a compression spring is hung in a filtering film adjusting device, and there is a connection part in an L shape with the compression spring. Thus, by means of the filtering film and the compression spring, the height of the filtering film can be adjusted. Furthermore, the filtering film longitudinal moving device attached to a rake handle by a wire is connected, and thus the filtering film longitudinal moving device can adjust the height of the filtering film. When a user uses a rake and removes foreign substances, a lot of people can more easily remove foreign substances without inconvenience.
