The present invention relates to a sanitary kimchi radish tea. Radish shreds inserted into cabbage for kimchi-making should be made from Joseon radish because the radish has a nice mouthfeel since the radish is elastic unlike the radish used for pickling and does not become softened throughout the winter, and the word &primesanitary&prime is used to solve a problem that tea needs to be boiled for cleanness as dust or insects are able to be attached to the tea being dried in nature, so the sanitary kimchi radish tea meets the condition and belongs to a tea manufacturing field. So far, radish tea has been manufactured through various methods such as boiling and roasting, but there has not been a steaming method proved as processing technology. However, since steaming does not cause damage to nutrients or loss thereof, Joseon radish is also known to be pulled out without water evaporation, and thus, changes of flavor and taste are practically proved after being manufactured through the same method, and accordingly, the present invention is suggested. If a kimchi radish tea is manufactured through the present invention, periods, processes, and costs are saved, and thus, if a wide space is able to be secured, production costs are able to become cheaper, and therefore, consumers are able to purchase the tea without hesitation.
