PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress which does not need a special structure for back rising, enables the choice of various cushion parts, composing integrally as a mattress, and reduces the force required for a user in an action of raising his/her back.SOLUTION: In a mattress 1 having a constitution composed of a cushion part 2 covered with a cloth 3, a sheet 4 having a sliding property is disposed, interposing between the upper face of cushion parts, which are the parts a, b corresponding to the back and heels of the user, and the cloth. When a bed is raised for back rising, a pressing force applied to the back of the user during the bending of the mattress is dispersed by the shift of the back part with the cloth position toward a head side direction. Then, since the sag of the cloth formed inside the bent part is eliminated and wrinkles are not formed, uncomfortable condition for sleeping is not caused by wrinkles.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】特殊な背上げ機構が不要で、各種のクッション部の選択が可能であり、しかもマットレスとして一体に構成されて、背上げ動作における使用者に加わる力を軽減することができるマットレスを提供する。【解決手段】本発明では、クッション部2を側地3で覆った構成のマットレス1において、使用者の背部と踵に対応する部分a、bの、クッション部の上面と側地間に、滑性を有するシート4が介装されているマットレスを提案する。ベッドの背上げ動作においてマットレスが屈曲する際に使用者の背部に加わる押圧力は、背部が、側地の部位と共に頭側方向にずれることで解消され、この際、屈曲部の内側に生ずる側地の弛みが解消されるため皺が生じず、皺による寝心地の悪化も生じない。【選択図】図1
