An anthelmintic composition in the form of stable granules comprising two or more different anthelmintic active ingredients selected from one or more imidazothiazoles, one or more benzimidazoles, one or more macrocyclic lactones, praziquantel, wherein the composition comprises at least levamisole HCl and one lactone macrocyclic as anthelmintic active ingredients, wherein the granules further comprise a suspending agent or rheology modifier and where the suspending agent or rheological modifier is a xanthan gum, and wherein the granules further comprise a wetting agent and a dispersant and wherein the granules are easily dispersible in water to provide a homogeneous mixture of the anthelmintic active ingredients for administration to a non-human mammal.Una composición antihelmíntica en la forma de gránulos estables que comprende dos o más ingredientes activos antihelmínticos diferentes seleccionados de uno o más imidazotiazoles, uno o más benzimidazoles, una o más lactonas macrocíclicas, praziquantel, en donde la composición comprende al menos levamisol HCl y una lactona macrocíclica como ingredientes activos antihelmínticos, en donde los gránulos comprenden además un agente de suspensión o modificador reológico y en donde el agente de suspensión o modificador reológico es una goma xantana, y en donde los gránulos comprenden además un agente humectante y un dispersante y en donde los gránulos son fácilmente dispersables en agua para proporcionar una mezcla homogénea de los ingredientes activos antihelmínticos para administración a un mamífero no humano.
