PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making up eyelashes, in which beautifully finished eyelashes can be formed by efficiently exhibiting a shrinking function of eyelash cosmetics having physical properties of shrinking by drying, so as to be able to effectively curl the entire eyelashes including the hair tips.SOLUTION: The method of making up eyelashes includes an application process of applying, from above the eyelashes, the eyelash cosmetics having physical properties of shrinking by drying and a holding-up process of holding up the eyelashes. The holding-up process can be performed after or simultaneously with the application process. The holding-up process is desirably performed by using a cosmetic tool that has a function of holding up the eyelashes from below.
