A transformer chair for disabled persons contains the extensible support frame consisting of the stationary and movable parts, two rear and two front wheels, the seat with extensible support, back and headrest, the mechanism for changing the position with switching handle designed as two extensible parallelograms located symmetrically relative to the seat and equipped with manual drive (one side of each parallelogram is hinged on the back of the chair and the other – with the seat). Furthermore, the chair contains the table capable of being displaced angularly, the rest for the knees, the foot holders capable of moving vertically and horizontally, the sanitary container, the vizor or the demountable canopy. The support stand of the seat is equipped with the swinging arm with the operating handle connected flexibly with the rest for the knees and headrest and rigidly with the support stand allowing for transformation of the chair to the bed. The holders equipped with the dampers are connected with the movable part of the extensible support frame. The extensible parallelograms and the support stand of the seat are equipped with the additional fixators with the dampers.
