PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of: solving problems that waste heat generated as a result of economic and social activities is disposed in the atmosphere or the ocean to cause global crisis as global warming including an issue of CO2 increase, typhoon and tornado occur more frequently to spread disaster as well as the heat island phenomenon, sultry night, and guerrilla rainstorm (local and sudden downpour) in urban areas, and international agreement is achieved for CO2 control but in a deadlock; and capable of satisfying a demand to dispose of an increased amount of heat of the atmosphere into the space to simulate a natural heat circulation while photovoltaic power generation and natural energy are increasingly used.SOLUTION: A heat pipe is installed along with a superhigh-rise building, a heat receiving unit is provided on a ground surface floor and a heat radiation unit is provided on a rooftop of the superhigh-rise building, cold is recovered by a heat cycle of a temperature difference between a ground surface and the sky and ground heat is radiated in the sky with less CO2 and disposed of in the space, thereby reducing atmospheric heat on the ground surface, moderating the weather, and preventing spread of a disaster such as a typhoon or a tornado. For purposes of installing many heat pipe systems in urban areas, controlling a radiation amount, creating an ascending current, and controlling the weather, an institution for supporting the installation is responsible for fundraising.【課題】経済社会活動で生じた廃熱は大気や海洋に廃棄されCO2の増加も含め、地球温暖化として世界的な危機となっている。都市部ではヒートアイランドや熱帯夜ゲリラ豪雨のほか、台風や竜巻も増大し災害度も拡大している、CO2規制の国際合意があるが膠着している。太陽光発電や自然エネルギーの利用が進むが、自然の熱循環を模倣し、大気の増加熱量を宇宙空間に廃棄するシステムが期待されている。【解決手段】超高層建築物にヒートパイプを併設して、受熱部を地表階に放熱部を超高層屋上に設置し、地表と上空の温度差の熱サイクルで冷気を回収し、地表熱をCO2の少ない上空で放熱し宇宙空間に廃棄することで、地表の大気熱を減少させ気象を沈静化し台風、竜巻などの災害の拡大を防止する。都市部に多数設置し、放熱量を制御し上昇気流を創生して天気を制御するため、設置を支援するファンドで資金調達を行う。【選択図】図1
