The present invention relates to an intermediate used for synthesizing aliskiren which is a renin inhibitor and more specifically, to an aliskiren intermediate represented by chemical formula 1, to a method for preparing the same, and to a method for preparing aliskiren using the same. The anti-syn-anti Bis-lactone intermediate according to the present invention: effectively controls stereochemistry of hydroxyamine existing as an antihypertensive agent in aliskiren which is a renin inhibitor has simpler synthesizing processes than conventional methods for preparing aliskiren using lactam-lactone based intermediates, pyrrolidine intermediates, lactone based intermediates and the likes is economical and facilitates mass production by using inexpensive catalysts and reagents in order to control the stereochemistry so that the anti-syn-anti Bis-lactone intermediate can be used for mass-producing aliskiren which is an antihypertensive agent.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 레닌 억제제인 알리스키렌의 합성에 사용되는 중간체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알리스키렌 중간체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 알리스키렌의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 안티-신-안티 비스-락톤(anti-syn-anti Bis-alctone) 중간체는 항고혈압 제제로서 레닌 억제제인 알리스키렌 내에 존재하는 하이드록시아민의 입체화학을 효과적으로 조절할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 종래의 락탐-락톤계 중간체, 피롤리딘계 중간체, 락톤계 중간체 등을 이용한 알리스키렌의 제조방법에 비해 합성 공정이 간단하고, 입체화학을 조절하기 위해 저가의 촉매 및 시약을 사용함으로써, 경제적이며 대량 생산에 용이하므로, 항고혈압제인 알리스키렌의 대량생산에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
