PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter capable of smoothly performing feed work of preliminary seedling A to a preliminary seedling tray 34 as is conventionally done and reliably scooping up even root-spread preliminary seedling A from a seedling box B placed on a holder 39 of the preliminary seedling tray 34 using a scraper S.SOLUTION: The preliminary seedling tray 34 includes: a frame 35 erected from a machine body 4 stays 38 fixed to a plurality of upper/lower shelves of the frame 35 and holders 39 attached to the stays 38.
