The present invention relates to a solid dispersion which comprises a proton pump inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an enteric polymer, and an alkalizing agent. The enteric polymer is contained in 100 to 200 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the proton pump inhibitor or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The alkalizing agent is contained in 100 to 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the proton pump inhibitor or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a solid dispersion and an orally disintegrating tablet including the same. The orally disintegrating tablet including the solid dispersion according to the present invention uses the enteric polymer in 100 to 200 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the proton pump inhibitor. Therefore, oral cavity release can be possible by using a small amount compared to a conventional technique, and stability in acid is improved, so that an in vivo utilization rate can be also improved through oral administration.본 발명은 프로톤 펌프 저해제 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 장용성 고분자 및 알칼리화제를 포함하고, 상기 장용성 고분자는 프로톤 펌프 저해제 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염 100 중량부에 대하여 100 내지 200 중량부로 포함되고, 상기 알칼리화제는 프로톤 펌프 저해제 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염 100 중량부에 대하여 100 내지 150 중량부로 포함되는 고체 분산체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 구강 붕해정에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 고체 분산체를 포함하는 구강 붕해정은 장용성 고분자를 프로톤 펌프 저해제 100 중량부에 대하여 100 내지 200 중량부로 사용하는 바, 종래 기술에 비하여 적은 양을 사용하여 구강 속 방출이 가능하며 또한 산에서의 안정성이 향상되어 경구 투여를 통해 생체 내 이용률 또한 향상될 수 있다.
