PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair, reciprocating a footrest part and leg part zone of the wheelchair where legs and feet are placed as the wheelchair advances, so that legs are half-forcedly moved for muscle training of legs of a patient in a recovery stage.SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes main frames 10, wheels 30 installed on the main frames 10, hubs 32 and wheel sprockets 33 provided in the wheels 30 to transmit rotation of the wheels 30, leg frames 60 pivotally attached to the main frames 10 to rotate a foot plate 61 forward and backward, rotary cams 50 to get in contact with part of the leg frames 60 to press them for cyclically moving the leg frames 60, and chains 40 to transmit rotation of the hubs 32 and the wheel sprockets 33 to the rotary cams 50.
