PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive intracranial pressure measuring apparatus and measuring method capable of measuring an intracranial pressure of a person to be measured, continuously by a high resolution even though the apparatus is simple and small-sized.SOLUTION: By using an earphone type sound sensor to be inserted into an external ear canal to detect biological information and a sound sensor to be mounted on the skin, near the carotid artery, or the like to obtain information on breath sound and a heart rate or the like, the transmission function of waveforms outputted from them is obtained, and thereby, information related to the fluctuation of the intracranial pressure of the person to be measured is calculated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 簡易かつ小型な装置でありながら、被測定者の頭蓋内圧を高い分解能で連続的に測定することが可能な、非侵襲的頭蓋内圧測定装置および測定方法を提供することを可能にする。【解決手段】 外耳道内に挿入して生体情報の検出を行うイヤホン型の音センサと、頸動脈付近の皮膚などに装着して、呼吸音や心拍数等の情報を得る音センサを用いて、これらから出力された波形の伝達関数を求めることで、被測定者の頭蓋内圧の変動に関する情報を算出する。【選択図】図2
