The present invention relates to a photoactive stent and to a method for manufacturing same. The photoactive stent according to the present invention can be used in both surgery and photodynamic therapy since photosensitive molecules are introduced to the surface thereof, and enables efficient photodynamic therapy by enabling the photoactivity of the photosensitive molecules to be sufficiently expressed using light in the infrared region or the visible-light region in which in-vivo light transmittance is high.La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse photoactive et son procédé de fabrication. Lendoprothèse photoactive selon la présente invention peut être utilisée à la fois dans une chirurgie et dans une thérapie photodynamique étant donné que des molécules photosensibles sont introduites dans la surface de celle-ci, et permet une thérapie photodynamique efficace en permettant à la photoactivité des molécules photosensibles dêtre suffisamment exprimée à laide dune lumière dans la région infrarouge ou dans la région de lumière visible dans laquelle une transmittance de lumière in vivo est élevée.본 발명은 광활성 스텐트 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 광활성 스텐트는 스텐트 표면에 광감응 분자를 도입함으로써, 시술 및 광동역학 치료를 동시에 수행할 수 있는 광활성 스텐트를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 생체 내 광 투과도가 높은 가시광선 영역 또는 적외선 영역의 빛을 이용하여 광감응 분자의 광활성을 충분히 발현할 수 있어, 광동역학 치료를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.
