The present invention relates to a thermoplastic cast that can be easily reused or implanted and a method for producing the same. The cast of the present invention includes a core material (10) and a structure (20). Polycaprolactone is attached to the core material (10). The core material (10) is formed by weaving a plurality of strands of fine yarn, and is formed in a mesh shape by mutual intersection and connection of threads having a predetermined diameter. The structure (20) is made using a polycaprolactone complex and is formed by insert injection so as to surround the outer portion of the core material (10). With the present invention, the patient does not feel uncomfortable despite the structurally robust invention. This is because the air permeability is improved due to the cast formed in a mesh shape. Moreover, it is because the structure formed using the polycaprolactone complex is formed so as to surround the outer portion of the core material by insert injection.
