Disclosed is a threshing device of a combine, in which two threshing cylinders are installed in a threshing chamber of a combine and are rotated around a main shaft (rotary shaft) at different speeds. The threshing device of the combine according to the present invention comprises a main threshing cylinder and a sub threshing cylinder, which are arranged on the same axle and rotated at different speeds. The main threshing cylinder is installed in the main shaft to be integrated and rotated, and the sub threshing cylinder is installed in the main shaft on the rear side of the main threshing cylinder to be freely rotated.
