An arrangement coating medical needle comprising: - a syringe (10) having a syringe barrel provided with a needle cap (12) at the front end thereof - a medical needle (11) having a sharp tip mounted on the sleeve (12) to project forwardly therefrom - a needle guard (19) in the form of a configured to attach directly or indirectly to the syringe (10) in a position of initial protection sleeve, wherein the needle guard (19) is configured to perform a sliding movement respect to the syringe (10) between the position of initial protection and a position unprotected spaced axially rearwardly relative to the syringe (10) of the position of initial protection, the needle guard (19) is locked against movement toward forward relative to the syringe (10) when the needle protector (19) is in the position of initial protection - a soft coating needle (23) covering the needle (11), where there is a profile on an end face back coating needle (23) and a complementary or matched in the cap profile (12) to effect a tight seal substantially between these, characterized in that: - the needle guard (19) is configured to engage the cover needle (23) at a location (27) spaced forward of the rear end thereof to resist movement of the coating of the needle (23) forward away from the syringe (10) wherein the needle guard (19) has at its front end a circular (22) opening into which the soft coating needle (23) is placed, the coating needle (23) has a front portion (24) coating needle (23) extending beyond the needle shield (19) and a rear portion (25) for needle coating (23) disposed within the needle guard (19) and length coating for needle (23) from said end face of the casing for needle (23) to the coupling position (27) with the needle guard (19), is such that by setting the needle guard (19) and coating for needle (23) in the syringe (10), the rear portion (25) of coating needle (23) is subjected to an axial compressive force, thereby ensuring a sealed substantially airtight between the
