PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topical action type anti-inflammatory composition capable of being administered to epithelium or mucosa.SOLUTION: An anti-inflammatory composition comprises polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence containing Cys-Gly-Pro-Cys as an active ingredient, is administered to epithelium or mucosa and is a topical action type. The anti-inflammatory composition can be administered to a patient suffering from inflammatory diseases resulting from burn with ultraviolet ray or radiation ray, or side effect by a medicament.
