PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for therapy and/or prevention of a malignant tumor having a small influence on normal cells, tissues and organs, allowing proliferation inhibition or killing of only tumor cells, giving no adverse effect and being highly safe, by using a compound being resident in vivo and influencing a cellular signal transduction system.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for therapy and/or prevention of a malignant tumor comprises an effective amount of a compound represented by the formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
