The present invention relates to a fodder additive produced by using a composite microbe starter, and to a method for producing the same. A starter combined with multiple microbes including Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae is cultured by using a culturing liquid mixed with lysine, propolis, syrup, and water. A cultured liquid material having a pH value measured within a predetermined range is filtered, so the fodder additive of the present invention is completed.
