A new and distinct cultivar of Begonia plant named ‘BKPBEEEBP’, characterized by its broadly upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit freely basal branching habit dark green-colored leaves uniform and freely flowering habit and semi-double to fully double flowers with tepals and tepaloids that are bright red purple in color.
