The present design relates to a manual vacuum suction device, comprising: a trunk body (10) which is provided with a grip frame (12) at one end and is formed with a suction hole (14) at the other end; a plurality of cylinders (20) which are formed as partitions on the trunk body (10) and in which backflow-preventing valves (22) provided at one end are formed so as to link through to the suction hole (14) via a travel hole (24); a plurality of pistons (30) which are housed together with springs (32) in the cylinders (20) where they travel in a linear reciprocating motion, and of which the end parts are connected to a single grip (34); and a pressure measuring and adjusting part (40) which is installed on the travel hole (24) so as to link through to the same, and which is provided so as to measure and adjust the pressure.
