PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical drug for treating H.pylori infection and increasing pH of gastric juice in a stomach.SOLUTION: In manufacturing a medical drug orally dosed into a stomach of a human patient who needs treatment of H.pylori infection and increasing pH of gastric juice, an effective amount of zinc salt selected from the group consisting of zinc chloride, zinc acetate, zinc gluconate and a mixture thereof is used in combination with an anti H.pylori agent selected from the group consisting of amoxicillin, clarithromycin (Biaxin), metronidazole (Flagyl), tetracycline and a mixture thereof.【課題】Ｈ．ピロリ感染の治療及び胃の胃液のｐＨを高めるための医薬を提供する。【解決手段】必要としているヒトの患者の胃に経口投与される医薬の製造において、塩化亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、グルコン酸亜鉛及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される亜鉛塩の有効量を、アモキシシリン、クラリスロマイシン（ビアキシン）、メトロニダゾール（フラジール）、テトラサイクリン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される抗Ｈ．ピロリ剤と組合せて使用する。【選択図】なし
