PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a mixture liquid of oil and water prevented from easy deterioration, and to provide an apparatus thereof.SOLUTION: The method for producing a mixture liquid composed of oil and water includes filtering oil in pressurized condition using a filter having a mesh size of about &le0.22 micrometers in view of the fact that bacteria elimination includes elimination of microorganisms falling in the oil extracted from the plant or the like, and adding sterilized moist substance into the oil subjected to bacteria elimination.
