<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control fence being height adjustable in a permanent installation state and excellent in terms of design as well without slackening a sheet-like member installed inside a frame. <；P>；SOLUTION: The traffic control fence 1 is installed between members facing each other across a traffic way, regulates the traffic of a little child or a pet, and includes: a pair of vertical side members 3 having a height adjustable in the permanent installation state； an upper side member 5 connected to the vertical side members 3, changes the height linked with the height of the vertical side members 3, and is capable of adjusting the length in the width direction in a stepless manner； a lower side member 7 connected to the vertical side members 3 and is capable of adjusting the length in the width direction in a stepless manner； and a sheet-like member whose right and left sides are both attached to the pair of vertical side members 3 and upper and lower side parts are both attached to the upper side member 5 and the lower side member 7.
