The invention relates to an orthotic device meant to be employed in orthosing the joint of human knee affected by gonarthrosis in its medial compartment. According to the invention, the device consists of a detachable assembly of fixed components (1, 2, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) and mobile components (3, 4, 5, 6, 10a, 10b) which are connected to one another by threaded components (9a, 9b) and are so arranged in the knee affected by gonarthrosis that, by means of some adjustments, the internal space between the orthosis and the human lower limb is minimized, while taking into account the maximal amplitudes of flexion-extension movements between the femur and the tibia, by adjusting the angles between the components (1-3 and 2-4).Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv ortetic, utilizat la ortezarea articulaţiei genunchiului uman afectat de gonartroză în compartimentul medial. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este format dintr-un ansamblu demontabil, de componente fixe (1, 2, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) şi mobile (3, 4, 5, 6, 10a, 10b), care sunt conectate între ele prin nişte componente filetate (9a, 9b), şi sunt dispuse în aşa fel la nivelul articulaţiei genunchiului afectat de gonartroză încât, prin intermediul unor reglaje, este minimizat spaţiul intern dintre orteză şi membrul inferior uman, respectându-se amplitudinile maxime ale mişcărilor de flexie-extensie dintre femur şi tibie, prin reglarea unghiurilor dintre componente (1-3 şi 2-4).
