The present invention relates to a short interfering RNA having therapeutic effect on atopic dermatitis, and more particularly, to a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis containing microRNA as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the microRNA can be prepared as a composition for improving inflammation, and the induction of atopic dermatitis can be inhibited by using the genetic material. Therefore, a therapeutic agent using short interfering RNA (microRNA) having therapeutic effect for atopic dermatitis is a refractory disease and can be very usefully used in medicine industry as a therapeutic and preventive agent for atopic skin disease in which a proper therapeutic agent is absent.본 발명은 아토피성 피부염에 치료효과를 갖는 짧은 간섭 RNA에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 microRNA를 유효성분으로 함유하는 아토피성 피부염 치료제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 microRNA를 염증개선용 조성물로 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 유전물질을 이용하여 아토피성 피부염의 유발을 억제시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 아토피성 피부염에 치료효과를 갖는 짧은 간섭 RNA(microRNA)를 이용한 치료제는 난치성 질환으로 적절한 치료제가 부재한 아토피성 피부질환의 치료 및 예방제로서 의약산업에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
