PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drop of the interior temperature of a smoke chamber 1, drop of the smoking speed and drop of the energy efficiency as much as possible when external air is taken into the smoke chamber 1 in a smoke house for smoking a foodstuff with smoke or smoking liquid.SOLUTION: An air intake passage 7 and an exhaust passage 8 are connected to the smoke chamber 1, so that external air is taken into the smoke chamber 1 and internal air is discharged from the smoke chamber 1.
