Disclosed is a system for continuously coating individual pieces of confectionary product, the system including a product feed device, at least one drum coating arrangement configured to continuously receive the individual pieces of confectionary product from the product feed device, the drum coating arrangement including a first rotating drum rotatable about a first drum axis and a second rotating drum rotatable about a second drum axis, a first drum volume defined by the first rotating drum, and a second drum volume defined by the second rotating drum, the first drum volume being communicable with the second drum volume, wherein the drum coating arrangement is configured such that the confectionary product has a longer residence time in the second drum volume than the first drum volume.La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para recubrir, de manera continua, piezas individuales de productos de confitería, el sistema incluye un dispositivo de alimentación de producto, por lo menos una disposición de recubrimiento con tambor configurada para recibir, de manera continua, las piezas individuales de producto de confitería del dispositivo de alimentación de producto, la disposición de recubrimiento con tambor incluye un primer tambor giratorio que puede girar alrededor de un primer eje de tambor y un segundo tambor giratorio que puede girar alrededor de un segundo eje de tambor, un primer volumen de tambor definido por el primer tambor giratorio, y un segundo volumen de tambor definido por el segundo tambor giratorio, el primer volumen de tambor puede comunicarse con el segundo volumen de tambor, en donde la disposición de recubrimiento con tambor se configura de tal modo que el producto de confitería tenga un tiempo de permanencia más prolongado en el segundo volumen de tambor que en el primer volumen de tambor.
