The invention provides a foldable safe fence. In the invention, a linkage arm (7) and a linkage connecting rod (8) constitute a linkage means, wherein the linkage arm (7) has a top end and the linkage connecting rod (8) are configured such that a long hole (9) on a side of the linkage arm and a shaft member (10) on a side of the linkage connecting rod can be rotatably connected, and the shaft member (10) is in cooperation with the long hole in such a manner whereby the shaft member (10) can only move along the lengthwise direction of the long hole (9), in case when a column member (2f) is erected, the lengthwise direction of the long hole is longitudinally formed at the top end of the linkage arm, and in case when the column member (2f) is laid flat, the lengthwise direction of the long hole is transversely formed at the top end of the linkage arm.
