PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant buried hole formation auxiliary device capable of surely preventing an implant buried hole from being formed beyond a desired maximum depth.SOLUTION: This device includes: a first member 20 mounted to a handpiece 20 on which a drill 52 is mounted and a second member 30 engaged with the first member 20 to relatively move along an axis X of the drill 52 mounted on the handpiece 10. When an implant buried hole is formed in a buried hole forming portion of the jaw by the drill 52, one of the first member 20 and the second member 30 is directly or indirectly abutted on a guide member of a surgical guide or the surface of the buried hole forming portion, and the other is relatively moved along the axis X of the drill 52. The relative movement of the first member 20 and the second member 30 has a limit point set corresponding to a desired maximum depth of the implant buried hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
