The supporting member is designed for aligning the above first and second magnets so that to generate a repulsive power between the magnets to push the above second magnet away from the above first magnet. The above repulsive power pushes the above second magnet away towards the above first retention pin. According to a second version, the implant comprises the first and second magnets, the supporting member and the tongue holder. The supporting member is designed to hold the above first magnet at a fixed distance from the first magnet, to align a magnetic pole of the above first magnet with a repulsive magnetic pole of the above second magnet and directing the above first and second magnets relative to each other. The tongue holder is coupled with the above second magnet. The repulsive magnetic pole of the above second magnet pushes the above second magnet away in a direction of the first retention pin. According to a third version, the implant comprises the first and second magnets, the supporting member and the tongue holder. The supporting member holds the first magnet in the pre-set position relative to the first retention pin.
