It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for the detection and localization of breast micro-calcification through a precise method of ultrasound impacting and ultrasound frequency wave detection which will enable the system to detect not only if there is a micro-calcification in the breast, but the precise location of the micro-calcification and the mass of the micro-calcification. The invention is also a method and system that provides bi-modal image guided stimulation of a targeted mass within the breast to determine the location and nature of the micro-calcification within the breast.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la détection et la localisation de micro-calcification du sein par une méthode précise de détection d’impact d’ultrasons et d’ondes de fréquence ultrasonore qui va permettre au système de détecter non seulement la présence dune micro-calcification dans le sein, mais également la localisation exacte de la micro-calcification et la masse de micro-calcification. L’invention concerne également un procédé et un système fournissant une simulation guidée par images bimodales d’une masse ciblée dans le sein pour déterminer la localisation et la nature de la micro-calcification dans le sein.
