PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat device capable of eliminating a users pain by generating slip between the user and an air mat body by a vibratory motion of the air mat body, and reducing the friction force between the user and the air mat body when raising and lowering the back, and also capable of reducing a burden of a care-givers back raising work.SOLUTION: An air mat device includes: an air mat body 20 configured by arranging elongated bag-shaped air cells 21 in parallel provided with an air injection nozzle on a bed 40 provided with an inclinable bed back bottom 41 an air supply device 31 for supplying or exhausting air to or from the air mat body 20 through a transfer path 34 and a controller 30 provided with a control part 32 for controlling the air supply device 31 and a pressure sensor 33.
