Invention herewith described refers to the tightening loop for the fixation of bone fragments, which is used to prevent the wire slippage along the bone. On the surface, the loop i.e. the wire has the grooves concave positioned outwards. The grooves touch with the sharp edge that when the wire is tightened cut into the bone preventing the sliding along the bone. The loop is wrapped around the bone and further on used in the standard way.Zatezna omča za fiksaciju fragmenata kosti koristi se radi sprečavanja klizanja žice duž kosti. Omča tj. žica po površini ima žlebove konkavno postavljene prema spolja. Žljebovi se dodiruju oštrom ivicom koja se pri zatezanju urezuje u kost i onemogućava klizanje duž kosti. Omča se omotava oko kosti i dalje standardno koristi.
