PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilization agent containing a substance having an effect for stabilizing S-adenosylmethionine (SAM), and to provide a stabilization method using the substance.SOLUTION: The stabilization agent for the S-adenosylmethionine contains a phosphate compound as an active ingredient. The stabilization method for the S-adenosylmethionine comprises adding a phosphate compound to the S-adenosylmethionine.
